Part two of our series on commercial plumbing explores how to hire a plumbing professional
How To Get a Commercial Plumber
There are some steps to follow to hire a commercial plumber. First off check them out. Make sure they’re licensed. You also want to make sure that they are insured. You want to ask them some questions. Ask how long they’ve been around. While longevity is not necessarily an indicator that they’re a good plumber, it can show a bit of stability.
You want to find a commercial plumber proactively, before you need one, not during a crisis. You want to make sure that whoever you go with is a good match. You want to find out as much as you can about them.
Your Prospective Plumber’s Reputation
Check them out online. Look at their online reviews, and ask them for references. Do they respond to reviews, and address customer concerns? Any complaints at the BBB? Do they guarantee their work? Is it a money back guarantee? And of course you want to find out what their rates are. The answers to questions like these will help to winnow the bad apples out. You also want to get a feel for how they treat customers. Are they rude on the phone, or professional?
So remember, that there is a lot of differences between people in the plumbing industry. You want to make sure that you’re not only getting a good plumber, you also want to be sure that they can do your project in a timely manner. Then you’re ready to work with a commercial plumber on whatever project your business needs.
